Physical Therapist – Part time – 3 days a week – Outpatient Rehabilitation

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist to join a patient-focused outpatient healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values personalized care, one-on-one patient interaction, and a collaborative approach to helping patients reduce pain, restore movement, and return to the activities they enjoy.
The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, work-related, and injury-related conditions. You will have the opportunity to develop individualized treatment plans and work alongside other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assess patients’ mobility, strength, range of motion, balance, functional limitations, and pain.
- Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient’s condition, goals, lifestyle, and functional needs.
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatment and patient education.
- Utilize therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, stretching, strengthening, mobility training, and other evidence-based treatment techniques.
- Treat patients experiencing back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee, joint, and other musculoskeletal conditions.
- Provide rehabilitation for patients recovering from injuries, including sports, workplace, and automobile-related injuries.
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and overall physical function.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, body mechanics, posture, ergonomics, and long-term wellness.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with referring providers and other members of the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with professionals from multiple disciplines to provide coordinated patient care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the State of Ohio.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
- Knowledge of evidence-based physical therapy and rehabilitation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with patients and provide a high level of personalized care.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative healthcare team.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply; experienced Physical Therapists are also welcome.
