Veterinary Surgeon / Critical Care Veterinarian
Chattanooga, TN
We are seeking an experienced Specialty Veterinarians to join a collaborative veterinary team. This is an opportunity for a specialty-trained veterinarian to manage complex cases, work closely with other clinicians, and contribute to the continued growth of advanced veterinary services.
What You’ll Do
- Provide advanced medical and surgical care for complex cases
- Develop diagnostic and treatment plans
- Perform or assist with specialty procedures appropriate to your area of expertise
- Collaborate with emergency, specialty, and general practice veterinarians
- Work closely with veterinary technicians and support staff
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding treatment and care
- Participate in case review, consultation, and clinical decision-making
- Mentor and support other veterinarians and developing clinicians
Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
- Active veterinary license or eligibility for licensure
- Board certification, residency training, or advanced clinical experience in surgery, critical care, or a related specialty
- Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex cases independently
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Interest in mentorship and continued professional development
