Join a growing, multi-state healthcare organization as a full-time Telehealth Nurse Practitioner. This 100% remote role lets you provide quality patient care virtually from home while serving patients across Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct virtual patient visits through a telehealth platform
- Assess, diagnose and treat patients within your NP scope of practice
- Develop, adjust and manage individualized treatment plans
- Document visits accurately and on time in the electronic health record
- Collaborate with the care team to support continuity of care
What You Bring
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Kentucky, Ohio or West Virginia (required)
- Comfort delivering patient care through telehealth technology
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
