Registered Dental Hygienist – Assisted Hygiene
Location: Eatontown / Oakhurst, New Jersey
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $55–$60 per hour, plus commission

We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join an established dental practice offering assisted hygiene in a professional, team-oriented environment. Compensation includes a base hourly rate plus commission, allowing you to earn beyond your hourly pay.
Responsibilities
- Take dental radiographs and identify potential oral health concerns.
- Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing.
- Provide scaling and root planing (SRP) when clinically indicated.
- Evaluate patients’ oral health and provide education on preventive care and recommended treatments.
- Collaborate closely with the dentist to develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Contribute to a positive patient experience through compassionate care and clear communication.
Compensation and Benefits
- $55–$60 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Dental Hygiene or equivalent qualifying education.
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
- Experience in corporate dentistry preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Denticon is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient education, preventive care, and high-quality clinical treatment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with dentists and the broader clinical team.
