Associate General Dentist
Location: Boise, Nampa, Caldwell & surrounding Treasure Valley, Idaho

Depending on the location, dentists will have the opportunity to practice independently in a single-doctor office or collaborate with additional providers.

- $750 Daily Guarantee: Guaranteed daily minimum for up to 12 months.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to patients of all ages.
- Diagnose dental conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform restorative procedures and other general dentistry treatments.
- Provide endodontic treatment, including molar root canals, when comfortable and clinically appropriate.
- Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.
- Build strong relationships with patients and contribute to the continued success of the practice.
- Collaborate with clinical team members while maintaining professional independence and sound clinical judgment.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active Idaho dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Open to both experienced dentists and new graduates, depending on the office.
- Ability to practice independently in single-doctor offices when required.
- General dentistry experience with moderate endodontic proficiency (including molar endo), surgical extractions, and surgical implants preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and patient relationship skills.
- Candidates with Idaho or surrounding regional connections are encouraged to apply.
Schedule & Practice Environment
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available, with full-time preferred.
- Full-time schedules generally begin around 32 hours per week, with opportunities for additional days.
- Many providers work five days per week.
- Opportunities in both single-doctor and multi-doctor practice settings.
- Clinical autonomy with access to mentorship, collaboration, and organizational resources.
- Internal referral support available for procedures outside a provider’s comfort level.
