Registered Nurse (RN) – Employee Health – Up to $10k Sign on Bonus

JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent

Job Description:

Responsible for all pre-employment testing including required assessments and implementation and documentation of PPD testing and follow-up. Administers Worker's Compensation cases in conjunction with the third-party administrator and is fully versed in OSHA and State Workers' Compensation Law. Conducts basic ergonomics assessments.

Skills:

·       Effective interpersonal, customer-service, critical thinking, nursing and problem-solving skills to provide employee assessment.

·       Demonstrates ability to maintain strict confidentiality and to act in a manner that supports the company mission.

·       Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.

·       Working knowledge of OSHA and Worker's Compensation Law.

Requirements:

• Active LPN / RN license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing – ADN/BSN – Registered Nurse program preferred.
• BLS issued through the American Heart Association required.
• C.O.H.N. Certification preferred. 

·        Three (3) years of experience in occupational health, infection control or employee wellness preferred.
