Psychiatrist Needed

Great group in El Paso seeking full time, permanent BC/BE Psychiatrists to join their team. Bi-lingual Spanish a plus, seeing all ages. Outpatient only, no emergency call, approx 8-10 people per day. Hours are typically 8-5 with one long and one short day on alternate weeks. This is an on-site position but there is some flexibility for hybrid, PTO, benefits, relocation assistance and loan forgiveness. Visa candidates and new grads welcome. If you're looking for a leadership opportunity, this might be a fit for you, especially if you're interested in teaching as they have new emerging residents joining their residency program. This group is very community driven and has a passion for serving the underserved and uninsured. You’ll work alongside integrated care, peer recovery coaches, community health workers and receive support from counselors. You can expect to evaluate, diagnose and treat patients with various disorders, develop treatment plans and track progress. Must have excellent communication and listening skills, great interpersonal skills, possess a good bedside manner, have the ability to communicate information in layman terms to patients and/or their families and be compassionate and warm towards patients.

Requirements

·        BC/BE Psychiatry

·        Must possess unrestricted medical license for state of TX

·        Willing to see all ages

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·        Great “bedside manner”

·        Expertise in child, adolescent and adult psychiatry

·        Comfortable working independently in a group practice setting

·        Mission focused and passionate about improving the lives of those around you
