Job Description:

We are in search of a committed Physical Therapist / Clinical Director.

As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will act as the patient’s partner throughout the trip of restoring motion and ensuring that the client will function at their personal best. You will maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation.

In addition to the Physical Therapist responsibilities, as the Clinical Director you will focus on optimization of day-to-day clinical operations and ensure they are accomplished consistent with our clinic policy and procedures. 


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for upholding the core values of our clinic and overall patient and employee satisfaction. 
  • Oversee the scheduling of patients, clinic staff and coordinate staff vacations and staff scheduling consistent with HR policy and procedures. 
  • Provide feedback to the Regional Director of Operations regarding the staff and clinical operations.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy with a BS, MS, MPT, or DPT degree in physical therapy.
  • Current Physical Therapy license/certification within the state of practice.
  • 2+ years experience as outpatient PT.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Thorough knowledge in problem solving and presentation skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of business acumen.
  • Action oriented and driven for results.
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a well thought-out easily understood manner, both orally and in writing in a variety of settings and styles.
  • Ability to delegate and communicate in an honest, direct, and professional manner, relating well with others.
  • Ability to practice time management, timely decision making, and conflict management.
