Join our team as an Inpatient Rehab Occupational Therapist, where you’ll provide expert care to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. You’ll play a key role in developing personalized treatment plans, guiding patients through their recovery, and celebrating their progress every step of the way.

Job Description

• Provide hands-on care and treatment to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Assess patient needs, develop customized care plans, and adjust treatments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques to promote recovery and prevent future injury.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making modifications to care plans as necessary.
• Empower patients to achieve their personal recovery goals and celebrate their milestones.

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification in Occupational Therapy as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy preferred, or a Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient field experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
