Founder’s Story:

The founders of i4 bring a distinctive background and perspective to franchising, having been franchisees themselves before launching i4. With ownership of over 20 Franchise Territories in a permanent placement recruiting system, they consistently ranked as top producers for 15 years.

Their firsthand experience in operating a franchised recruiting business enabled them to identify what works well and what was fundamentally flawed in such systems. Armed with this knowledge, they embarked on reimagining the franchised recruiting system, resulting in the launch of i4.

The i4 Search Group franchise system was designed from the viewpoint of a Franchisee. The outcome is a system empowering i4 Franchisees to build substantial businesses, generate wealth, and possess an asset to sell when the time for exit arrives.
