REGISTERED NURSE - EMERGENCY ROOM - SIGN-ON BONUS!

LOCATION: Boise, Idaho

SHIFT: Nights, 7pm to 7am (+ differential pay)

JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent

Seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced Emergency Department team on a full-time night shift schedule. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by delivering urgent care to patients of all ages in a collaborative and high-acuity setting. As an ER nurse, you’ll play a key role in delivering timely, life-saving care during a wide range of emergency situations. Utilize clinical expertise and sound judgment to stabilize patients, initiate appropriate interventions, and support overall treatment plans during critical events.

Job Responsibilities

• Provides timely, high-quality care to individuals across the lifespan, managing a wide range of urgent and emergent health conditions.
• Conducts thorough initial assessments and initiates timely, evidence-based interventions, monitoring outcomes and adjusting as needed.
• Delivers medications, treatments, and critical care procedures in alignment with emergency protocols.
• Partners with multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate and implement effective patient care strategies.
• Offers clear, empathetic communication and guidance to patients and families during high-stress scenarios.
• Ensures thorough, accurate, and up-to-date documentation of all aspects of patient care.
• Remains knowledgeable and up to date on best practices and innovations in emergency and critical care nursing.
• Additional related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• 1+ years of RN experience in surgical services.
• Associates or Bachelors Nursing Degree.
• Current RN licensure from the state of Idaho.
• Current BLS Certification.
