Shift: Mixed (Rotating Weekends)

We’re looking for a dynamic Nurse Manager of Surgical Services to oversee a high-performing operating room team in a modern surgical setting. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an RN with deep surgical expertise and a passion for advancing both clinical quality and staff development.

What You’ll Do:

• Direct, coordinate, and evaluate the delivery of perioperative nursing care
• Supervise and mentor a surgical team of 60+ professionals across 14 OR suites
• Partner with the OR Educator to design and deliver staff education
• Develop department goals, policies, and performance standards
• Maintain fiscal oversight for operating and capital budgets
• Serve as liaison between OR staff, administration, medical staff, and other hospital departments
• Drive excellence in patient care, safety, and satisfaction metrics

What You’ll Bring:

• Current RN license (state or compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• CNOR preferred
• Minimum 5 years of staff-level OR RN experience
• At least 2 years of acute care OR leadership experience
• Strong clinical knowledge in surgical nursing and exceptional leadership skills
