Shift: Days 7am-7pm OR Nights 7pm-7am 3x12's

$5,000 + $2,500 of the $12,500 Sign on payable 1st check

Are you passionate about caring for the most vulnerable patients? We are seeking dedicated NICU Registered Nurses to join a compassionate team providing specialized care for critically ill and premature newborns in Abilene, TX.

🩺 Role Overview:

• Provide skilled, evidence-based nursing care to neonates in a Level II/III NICU setting
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and the multidisciplinary team
• Support and educate families, promoting bonding and involvement in care
• Monitor, assess, and respond to critical changes in patient condition

✅ Qualifications:

• Current RN license (or eligibility) in Texas
• ADN or BSN in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Previous NICU or pediatric experience strongly preferred
• NRP and BLS required (or ability to obtain upon hire)
