We are a leading dental laboratory in our area that is seeking an exceptional Dental Ceramist/Ceramic Technician to join our dedicated team. We are specifically looking for a technician with strong expertise in ceramics, including advanced knowledge and experience with e.max, intricate layering techniques, and meticulous finishing of ceramic restorations.

Key Responsibilities

As our Dental Ceramist, you will:

• Fabricate High-Quality Restorations: Create aesthetically natural and precise ceramic restorations, including crowns, bridges, and veneers, adhering strictly to dentists prescriptions and specifications.
• Achieve Optimal Aesthetics: Utilize superior artistic and technical skills in shade selection and layering to ensure optimal aesthetic and functional results for every case.
• Maintain Quality and Timeliness: Ensure all fabricated work consistently meets our high-quality standards and is completed efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
• Promote Collaboration: Actively collaborate with laboratory colleagues and communicate effectively with dentists to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
• Adhere to Protocols: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment, rigorously following all safety and infection control protocols.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest industry trends, materials, and ceramic techniques to continuously improve skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated, hands-on experience as a dental laboratory Ceramist/Ceramic Technician is required, backed by a strong portfolio showcasing previous aesthetic work.
• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in advanced ceramic layering techniques and an expert level of color matching/shading is essential. Experience with e.max material is highly desirable.
• Precision and Detail: Exceptional hand-eye coordination and meticulous attention to detail in all phases of restoration fabrication.
• Team and Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively and positively within a fast-paced team environment.
• Work Ethic: Must be dependable, self-motivated, and possess a strong personal commitment to excellence and quality in all work produced.
