Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics

We are seeking a patient-focused Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient practice committed to clinical excellence, strong outcomes, and a positive patient experience. Responsibilities:
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with the goal of restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving overall function. Success in this role is driven by delivering exceptional care with measurable outcomes and consistently exceeding industry standards.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy care
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients based on clinical and functional needs
- Develop individualized plans of care that address both physical and emotional factors
- Establish measurable, functional goals and adjust treatment plans as patients progress
- Educate patients on treatment options, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
- Supervise and guide support staff during treatment setup and patient flow
- Apply evidence-based pain management techniques to improve function
- Determine appropriate discharge timelines and provide long-term self-management strategies
- Complete evaluations, progress notes, and discharge documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain reasonable productivity standards consistent with outpatient orthopedic care
- Participate in clinic research initiatives and protocol development
- Stay current on best practices through continuing education and in-house training
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Active Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
