Hospice Liaison / Business Development Executive
Compensation: $80,000 – $150,000 total annual compensation

Reporting To: VP of Business Development
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced, high-performing Hospice Liaison / Business Development professionals to serve as key connectors between our hospice organization and the healthcare community. This role is responsible for developing referral relationships, promoting hospice services, and ensuring exceptional communication between patients, providers, and care teams.
This is a fully field-based position focused on growing strategic partnerships, supporting patient access to care, and expanding hospice service utilization while maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations.

We are hiring for multiple roles across the Fort Worth and Corpus Christi markets:
- Hospice Community Liaison – Hospital Focus (Fort Worth)
- Hospice Community Liaison – SNF Focus (Fort Worth & Surrounding Areas)
- Hospice Director of Business Development – Must have existing accounts + ability to build/manage BDE team (Fort Worth)
- Hospice Director of Business Development – Must have existing accounts + ability to build/manage BDE team (Corpus Christi)
- Hospice Community Liaison – Hospital Focus (Corpus Christi)
- Hospice Community Liaison – SNF Focus (Corpus Christi)
Compensation:
- Total compensation ranges from $80,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on experience, performance, position level & title, as well as existing referral relationships.
- Compensation structure includes base salary plus bonus/commission.
Additional compensation benefits include:
- Mileage reimbursement

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong referral relationships within hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, and healthcare organizations
- Promote hospice programs and services throughout the community
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to enhance communication and improve patient and facility satisfaction
- Track and report business development activity and performance to executive leadership
- Establish public relations initiatives that increase awareness of hospice services
- Identify community needs and provide recommendations for program development and growth
- Support policy development for new programs and service lines
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal marketing regulations
- Partner with the interdisciplinary team to support safe and effective patient and family care
- Provide strategic insights regarding market opportunities and organizational growth
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
Required:
- 3–5+ years of hospice sales or hospice business development experience
- Strong relationships within the healthcare community
- Proven ability to develop and grow referral networks
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Healthcare industry leadership or team-building experience (for Director roles)
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Occasional weekends as needed
