Lead Dentist

Lead Dentist Opportunity: This is a full-time position, working five days per week.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Provide guidance and education to patients and parents on treatment options and oral health maintenance
• Collaborate with clinical and support staff to coordinate comprehensive care
• Mentor and consult with other providers on treatment planning and case execution
• Prescribe medications as needed
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including diagnoses, treatments, and consultations



Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree required
• Active dental license (state-specific licensure required)
• CDS and DEA licenses required
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a dental practice setting
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability and desire to serve as the clinical leader within a large, multi-specialty environment
• Professional, friendly, and patient-focused demeanor
