Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with patients, staff, and the local community.
• Maintain accurate documentation using an electronic medical record system.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Capability to assist patients and lift up to 50 pounds when needed
• Manual dexterity for therapeutic interventions
• Visual and auditory ability to assess and communicate effectively
• Flexibility to adapt within a dynamic clinical environment
