Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with patients, staff, and the local community.
- Maintain accurate documentation using an electronic medical record system.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to assist patients and lift up to 50 pounds when needed
- Manual dexterity for therapeutic interventions
- Visual and auditory ability to assess and communicate effectively
- Flexibility to adapt within a dynamic clinical environment
