General Dentist - Fort Payne, Alabama

We’re seeking a general dentist with at least five years of experience to provide comprehensive, patient-focused care.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. A four-day schedule is available.

Compensation: Guaranteed pay with 30% of collections, based on the practice’s standard rates.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients, diagnose oral health conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Perform general dentistry procedures within your scope of practice.
• Explain treatment options and recommendations clearly to patients.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and follow infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• At least five years of clinical experience
• Active Alabama dental license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
