Registered Dental Hygienist (FT/PT) – Toledo, OH

Overview

We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join a modern, dentist-led dental practice in Toledo, OH. This onsite role offers a flexible weekday schedule with full-time or part-time options, 1-hour patient appointments, and a $7,000 welcoming bonus for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

• Deliver attentive, high-quality hygiene care with excellent chairside manner during 1-hour new patient and recall appointments
• Screen for signs of periodontal disease and oral cancer to support overall oral health
• Review and document patient medical histories and chief complaints thoroughly
• Take radiographs and intraoral images to support treatment planning and track changes
• Perform hygiene procedures in line with treatment plans prescribed by the attending dentist
• Respond appropriately to medical emergencies that arise during treatment
• Educate patients on at-home care and long-term oral health maintenance

What You Bring

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in Ohio
• Current CPR (BLS) certification
• Strong working knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, hygiene procedures, patient screening, and documentation
• Any additional certifications required by the state for expanded duties

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time or part-time; per diem schedules also open for discussion
• Monday: 7:30am - 8:00pm (flexible start time)
• Wednesday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
• Thursday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
• Friday: 7:30am - 2:30pm
• Onsite in Toledo, OH
• Pay: $45+/hour
• $7,000 welcoming bonus
