Position Name: Clinical Nurse Coordinator

CNC Med Surg Unit, 7pm-7am

CNC Ortho/ Neuro Trauma Unit, 7pm-7am

CNC Oncology Unit, 7pm-7am

Shifts Available: Days, Nights & Weekends Only (Rotating Weekends)

Job Summary:

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (- delivers high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. In collaboration with other members of the

management team,

• CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care with established policies/procedures,

•  Assists with admission and discharge processes

•  Participates in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services

• ·   Recommends and implements courses of action for the Care Plan

• ·    Assists with staff scheduling.

·  Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of clinical experience in the specialty area

• Acute Care experience is required
• BCLS

• RN License in Missouri or compact license
