Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Veterinary Clinical Director to lead our veterinary team and ensure the delivery of top-notch medical care to our patients. The Clinical Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing the clinical operations of the practice, managing staff, and maintaining the highest standards of veterinary medicine.

 

Responsibilities:

·     Provide leadership and guidance to the veterinary team, including veterinarians, technicians, and support staff.

·     Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional patient care.

·     Develop and implement protocols and procedures to maintain the highest standards of veterinary medicine and client service.

·     Monitor and optimize clinic performance, including financial performance, client satisfaction, and staff productivity.

·     Recruit, train, and mentor veterinary staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

·     Collaborate with the management team to develop strategic initiatives and achieve business goals.

·     Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect among staff members.

·     Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold ethical standards of veterinary practice.

·     Handle escalated client concerns and ensure timely resolution of client issues.

·     Stay abreast of advancements in veterinary medicine and technology, incorporating new techniques and treatments into practice as appropriate.

Requirements:

·     Graduate of AVMA-accredited Veterinary School.

·     Licensed veterinarian with the State of practice.

·     Three (3) plus years worked as an Associate Veterinarian with general surgery, dentistry, and medicine experience.

·     Previous experience leading others in a professional setting
