Job Summary:
We are hiring a professional and upbeat Operating Room RN Nurse Manager, that will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our operating room department. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the operating room nursing staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of surgical procedures.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, quality metrics, and departmental performance indicators to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage operating room supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and optimal utilization.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and accountability among operating room staff members.
- Participate in budget planning and financial management activities to optimize resource allocation and control costs.
- Serve as a liaison between the operating room department and other hospital departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Active RN license within the State of practice.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in perioperative nursing, with demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
- CNOR certification preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement methodologies.
