Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based outpatient orthopedic physical therapy to a diverse patient population.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress accurately in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Participate in continuing education opportunities and contribute to a culture of learning and professional development.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
- Active Physical Therapist license in Oregon (or eligibility for licensure).
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
