Key Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based outpatient orthopedic physical therapy to a diverse patient population.
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.
  • Educate patients and families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and wellness strategies.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient progress accurately in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in continuing education opportunities and contribute to a culture of learning and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
  • Active Physical Therapist license in Oregon (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing patient-centered care and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
