Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to oversee our inpatient disordered eating program. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families while leading a dedicated team of professionals. You will provide comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based treatment for individuals facing disordered eating challenges. Our inpatient program focuses on delivering multidisciplinary care tailored to meet the unique needs of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the inpatient disordered eating program.
- Provide clinical leadership, ensuring evidence-based practices and individualized patient care.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate program staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Develop and implement program goals, policies, and procedures to meet patient needs and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate admissions, treatment planning, and discharge processes to support continuity of care.
- Monitor program outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards.
- Manage program budget and resources efficiently.
- Serve as a liaison with families, referring providers, and external agencies.
- Stay current with developments in the field of eating disorder treatment to enhance program offerings.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Registered Nurse License in State of practice.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support required.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention required.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based treatments for disordered eating, such as CBT, DBT, and family-based therapy.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with inpatient or residential treatment settings and related regulatory requirements.
- Certification as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) or similar credential preferred.
- Experience in program development and implementation preferred.
