Job Description:

The Clinical Manager (CM) is responsible for the operations of the clinical team by providing daily oversight to the clinical, management, quality, and business activities. 

The CM facilitates the management of clinical practice and patient care delivery through problem-solving and collaboration with peers, under the direction of the Director and the Chief Nursing Officer. 

Skills:   

• Acting with integrity, analyzing, and interpreting financial data, computer literacy, gathering needed information, delegating, and supporting teams, evaluating decisions/solutions, improving work process, making effective decisions. 
• Excellent human relations and oral/written communications skills. 
• Measuring customer service and meeting customer needs.

Requirements: 

• BSN Required
• Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support
• Valid Driver License
• Required : 3 Years of Skilled Adult/Geriatric Home Health Experience or Skilled Adult/Geriatric Home Health Leadership experience.
