An independently owned lab in Alabama is looking for a top-notch Ceramist that has been doing ceramics for years to lead a team in a full-service dental lab. Lab size of about 115.

This laboratory is looking for a lead ceramist who knows stacking, shading, contour, and all on Ceramics and is willing to train and maintain a group of about 9 people. The best candidate for this position has impeccable Leadership skills, great communication skills, the ability to help others, and quality control. Being a CDT would be great but not a must.
