Registered Nurse – PACU

REGISTERED NURSE - PACU - SIGN-ON AND RELOCATION!

JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent

LOCATION: Douglas, WY 

Looking for an experienced PACU Registered Nurse to join the team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates knowledge and ability to interpret maternal and fetal well-being, and to implement necessary nursing interventions in response to changes.
• Implements patient/significant other's teaching and necessary comfort measures.
• Demonstrates the knowledge and ability to care for patients with epidural anesthesia during labor and the immediate postpartum period, and documents appropriately.
• Displays knowledge of use of equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Current/Active Licensure in the state of Wyoming.
• Follows hospital policies and procedures.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Strong clinical skills in area of specialty.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in emergency situations.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
