Registered Nurse – Telemetry

REGISTERED NURSE - TELEMETRY - SIGN-ON BONUS!

LOCATION: Meridian, Idaho

SHIFT: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (self-scheduling model) w/Night Shift opportunities available (+ shift differential and additional PTO for nights)

JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patients' needs.
• Responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care.
• Average nurse/patient ratio of 1:4.
• Team Nursing Model to support staff and improve patient safety.
• Strong shared governance structure that supports clinical practice and professional development.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• 1+ years of Registered Nursing experience.
• Current RN licensure from the state of Idaho.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Health & Safety Institute.
• Certification pay (e.g., PCCN, CVRN).
