Emergency Department Director –

Location: Anchorage, AK

Full Time Days- No Weekends!

Join a high-performing, mission-driven healthcare team 200+ Bed Hospital and Comprehensive Stroke Center.

This Emergency Department sees approximately 40,000 annual visits and includes 16 ED beds and 20 total care spaces,

The patient population is diverse, with a high volume of behavioral health and cardiac/orthopedic emergencies.

Highlights of the Role:

• Oversee a dynamic ED team with ~90 FTEs, including:
• ED Managers (one per shift)
• Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNCs)
• Significant support from a dedicated behavioral health pavilion (137 beds)
• Opportunity to drive continued excellence in quality metrics and patient outcomes
• Direct report to the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $127K – $165K (commensurate with leadership experience)
• Performance Bonus: Target 15% (up to 22.5%)
• Relocation assistance available
• Sign-on bonus considered on a case-by-case basis
