Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Staff Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based treatment, work collaboratively with colleagues, and maintain strong patient engagement. You’ll have the opportunity to treat a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, with a strong emphasis on individualized care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide variety of orthopedic and neuromuscular diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
• Accurately document patient care in a timely manner in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Communicate effectively with referring providers, patients, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
• Participate in staff meetings, in-service training, and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• New grads welcome—mentorship and support available.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering patient-focused, results-driven care.
