Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care RN

Location: Garden City, KS

Shift: Nights

🔹 What You’ll Do

As an RN, you will assume responsibility for delivering high-quality, relationship-based care. You'll play a vital role in improving patient outcomes through communication, coordination, and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and patients/families to identify and meet physical, emotional, and spiritual care needs
• Use evidence-based practice and the nursing process to promote optimal health and safety
• Demonstrate personal accountability to patient care standards, professional development, and core values

🔹 Qualifications

Education:

• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• New graduates must be from an accredited nursing school

Experience:

• Minimum one year preferred
• Nursing knowledge/skills relevant to specialty

Licensure/Certifications:

• Active RN license required
• Must hold valid license in the state or through the Nurse Licensure Compact
• BLS/ACLS may be required based on unit

Physical:

• Medium Work: Up to 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, 10 lbs constantly
