Overview:

Seeking a licensed and motivated Physical Therapist to step into a Clinic Director role, leading day-to-day operations while providing direct patient care. This dual role is ideal for someone passionate about rehabilitation, team leadership, and clinic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, sports, and work-related injuries
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to restore function, reduce pain, and prevent injury
• Document patient progress and outcomes using EMR systems
• Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain a strong focus on patient satisfaction and functional outcomes

Director/Leadership Duties:

• Oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring clinical and administrative excellence
• Mentor and support clinical and front office staff
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and productivity to meet performance goals
• Monitor clinic KPIs, including patient visits, outcomes, and revenue targets
• Drive community outreach and referral development
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies and standards

Requirements:

• Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Arizona Physical Therapist license (or eligible to obtain)
• Minimum 3-5 years of outpatient physical therapy experience (leadership experience preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation
• Demonstrated leadership potential or previous management experience
• CPR/BLS certification required
