Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Physical Therapist to join a collaborative outpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality care, improving patient outcomes, and contributing to a positive clinic culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions for orthopedic, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document in EMR system
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with referring physicians, medical staff, and other therapists to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and clinic standards
- Participate in clinic meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards as outlined by state licensure and APTA guidelines
Requirements:
- Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Arizona state licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- CPR/BLS certification
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
