Are you a highly skilled Dental Implant Lab Technician looking for a dynamic role? Our cutting-edge dental laboratory is searching for a dedicated professional to join our crew. We need someone who excels in both traditional and digital implant workflows and possesses strong case management and organizational prowess. In this role, you'll partner closely with dental practitioners, crafting treatment strategies for intricate implant cases to ensure unparalleled outcomes and peak efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate high-quality dental implant prosthetics using both traditional methods and advanced digital design and manufacturing technologies.
- Collaborate with dental practitioners to develop comprehensive treatment plans for complex implant cases.
- Utilize CAD/CAM software for designing- must know the digital side of implants
- G implant restorations.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with dentists to clarify prescriptions, discuss case specifics, and provide technical support.
- Maintain accurate records of all cases and ensure proper documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental implant technology and laboratory techniques.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including scanners, mills, and 3D printers.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Speaking with doctors about treatment planning, so must communicate well
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Dental Implant Lab Technician, demonstrating expertise in implant frameworks, custom abutments, and screw-retained prosthetics.
- Proficiency in both traditional laboratory techniques and digital implant workflows (CAD/CAM).
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and implant biomechanics.
- Exceptional case management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with dental professionals.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve complex technical issues.
- Relevant certifications or degrees in dental laboratory technology are preferred.
