NICU Registered Nurse $30K Sign on bonus

Position: Registered Nurse – NICU (Permanent Placement)

Location: Reno Nevada

Sign-On Bonus: $30,000 with a 3-year commitment

• Paid in installments: $10K on first paycheck, $10K after year one, $10K after year two

Shift/Call Details: To be discussed during interview

Licensure Requirement: Must obtain and maintain an active Nevada RN license prior to start

Required Certifications:

• AHA BLS
• NRP
• STABLE highly preferred (can be obtained within 6 months of hire)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in a Level III or Level IV NICU

Role Overview:

• Serve neonatal patients and collaborate with family members and interdisciplinary teams
• Prioritize patient safety and quality outcomes in a high-acuity environment
• Participate in care coordination and act as a patient advocate throughout treatment
