Med Surg Observation Registered Nurse-Relocation and Shift Differential Provided

Position: Med Surg Registered Nurse (OBSERVATION) (Full-Time)

Location: Tyler, TX

Shift: Day and Night Shifts available

As a RN in a dynamic clinical setting, you’ll work independently while managing complex care and contributing to long-term patient wellness. You’ll make impactful decisions, delegate appropriately, and bring both clinical skills and emotional intelligence to the bedside.

💼 Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Delivering both routine and complex nursing care using the full nursing process
• Monitoring, administering, and evaluating medications and treatments
• Educating patients and families on care plans and recovery
• Documenting vital patient history and progress
• Collaborating with other caregivers and team members
• Delegating tasks appropriately to optimize patient outcomes

✅ What You Need:

• RN License (TX license or compact)
• BLS certification
• At least 1 year of nursing experience
• BSN preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and clinical decision-making skills

Sign On: $5,000 for day shift, $10,000 for night shift
