Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional Echo Technician to perform cardiac ultrasound to include, but not limited to M-Mode, 2-dimensional, Doppler and Color Doppler studies and stress echocardiograms. Technicians will have technical skill of studies as well as instrumentation, maintenance of equipment function and safety policy and procedures.

• Provide quality patient care to all patients within the medical imaging department.
• Perform high quality images and exams on patients while maintaining the sensitivity to patient needs. 
• Demonstrates leadership abilities and is a role model for other associate technologists.

Requirements:

• Currently Registered in Pediatric Echo in state of practice.
• College or technical training program preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
• Two (2) years of Acute Care Hospital experience in Pediatric Echocardiography Required.
• Has detailed knowledge of cardiac and thoracic anatomy, physiology, and hemodynamics.
