We are seeking a Primary Care Provider NP for a Skilled , LTC, Rehab Facility

. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting with a consistent weekday schedule.

Full-time, Monday–Friday (no weekends)

Primary Care provider role
