LOCATION: Clackamas, OR

JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent

Seeking an experienced nurse leader to oversee multi-site clinical operations, implement best practice care delivery models, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care 24/7. This role combines operational leadership, strategic planning, and clinical oversight, with responsibility for resource management, compliance, staff development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of evidence-based care models and practice standards across multiple locations.
• Manage patient care operations, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure optimal, safe, and efficient service delivery.
• Oversee staff performance, training, and development; establish succession plans and foster a culture of collaboration.
• Maintain compliance with all legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
• Drive quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Partner with physicians, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care across the continuum.
• Manage budgets, monitor performance metrics, and develop strategies to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

• BSN and active RN license (state-specific).
• Minimum 5 years of patient care delivery experience.
• Minimum 4 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in clinical operations, business processes, compliance, and quality improvement.
• Strong skills in change management, conflict resolution, and workforce planning.
• BLS certification required.

Preferred:

• Oncology background
