Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of Human Resources, including employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, leave administration, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Partner with hospital leadership to foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between hospital leadership and corporate HR functions.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices align with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee staff education programs, compliance training, and professional development initiatives.
  • Direct recruitment and retention strategies to ensure consistent staffing resources.
  • Manage HR-related investigations and provide guidance on complex employee relations matters.
  • Support benefits administration, workers’ compensation, and employee well-being initiatives.


Position Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred).
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.


Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of Human Resources leadership experience (Manager level or above) with direct reports.
  • Comprehensive HR background—must have experience across multiple HR functions (not limited to one specialty).
  • Healthcare HR experience required, with inpatient hospital experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations investigations, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
