We’re seeking passionate and dedicated Critical Care Registered Nurses to join our team in delivering lifesaving care to patients with acute and complex conditions.

As a Critical Care RN, you’ll be part of a team that thrives in fast-paced, high-acuity environments. From stabilizing trauma patients to providing advanced cardiac and neuro care, you’ll use your skills and compassion to make a real difference every day.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate treatment plans.
• Assess, monitor, and manage patients requiring ventilators, drips, and advanced therapies.
• Document and input patient data with accuracy and timeliness.
• Educate and support patients and families through complex care processes.
• Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and committee work.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license (Texas or Compact State).
• BLS required (prior to orientation completion).
• ACLS & NIH Stroke Scale required (prior to orientation completion).
• Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments and with advanced therapeutic equipment.
