Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical Unit

Location: Brooksville, FL/Spring Hill, FL

Schedule: Full-time • Days & Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Medical Surgical team The Med Surg unit cares for a diverse patient population, including medical and post-surgical cases, offering opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida or appropriate compact licensure (active FL license required within 60 days if compact license held).
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience required (hospital experience preferred; LTACH, home health, and rehab experience considered).
• Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions and demonstrate proficiency with basic computer systems.

Sign On Bonus: $10k for Days and $15k for Nights
