We are seeking an accomplished Director of Emergency Services to provide executive leadership for a high-volume, multi-site Emergency Department in Houston.

This is a strategic, visible role overseeing clinical, financial, and operational performance across three ED locations, 80,000 annual patient visits.

• Lead clinical, operational, and financial performance for Emergency Services
• Drive patient safety, quality outcomes, and throughput across multiple sites
• Implement evidence-based practices and ensure regulatory compliance
• Mentor and develop leaders and staff, fostering engagement and retention
• Partner with executives and physicians to enhance services and expand offerings
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent acute care ED leadership (Director-level or strong Manager with large ED scope)
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• Proven track record of operational success and performance improvement

Compensation & Benefits
