Nurse Practitioner Outpatient Clinic Tuesday – Saturday

Position: Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)

Location: NOVA - Virginia

Schedule: Full-time | Outpatient | In-person

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our outpatient urgent care/primary care team. This is a rewarding opportunity to serve patients of all ages and backgrounds while making a meaningful impact on the community. You will diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions, provide preventive care, and work closely with a collaborative healthcare team.

What You’ll Do

• Perform health assessments across all ages, in person and via telehealth.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and manage common acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide preventive care, screenings, family planning, and health education.
• Perform minor procedures and respond to emergencies with life-saving measures.
• Refer complex cases appropriately.
• Document care in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and maintain compliance standards.
• Promote community wellness and preventive health concepts.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia NP or PA license with prescription authority.
• Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program.
• Board Certified by a national Certification Board.
• Current DEA license, NPI, and BLS certification.
• 2+ years of experience as an APP (required).
• Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred.
