Are you an experienced ER nurse leader ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dynamic Emergency Room Nurse Manager to join our leadership team and help drive excellence in patient care, staff engagement, and operational performance in a fast-paced emergency services environment.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Emergency Department (high-volume, acute setting).
• Support, mentor, and develop ER staff to deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient care.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and hospital leadership to improve patient throughput and satisfaction.
• Drive performance improvement initiatives and support a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Preferred, AA Degree accepted if pursing BSN.
• Current RN license.
• 2+ years of recent Emergency Department (charge nurse, coordinator, or manager level).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams in a high-acuity ED setting.
