Title: RN Manager –Trauma Program

Shift: Monday–Friday Leadership Schedule | Level III Trauma | Competitive Compensation

In this role, you’ll oversee trauma system operations, guide clinical excellence, collaborate with EMS and emergency services leadership, and drive trauma performance improvement initiatives. This is a visible leadership position with influence across Emergency Services and direct access to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead trauma program operations and performance excellence
  • Serve as trauma leader and liaison across EMS, Fire, Police & regional agencies
  • Oversee trauma policies, standards, and clinical quality initiatives
  • Ensure readiness for state and ACS trauma designation surveys
  • Lead trauma registry quality & reporting compliance
  • Participate in trauma activations during business hours as needed
  • Drive trauma-related education and outreach initiatives
  • Collaborate with emergency services and executive leadership teams

Qualifications

  • Current RN license or eligibility
  • BSN required
  • Minimum 3 years RECENT trauma experience in acute care
  • TNCC, BLS, ACLS, PALS required
  • CEN preferred
  • Trauma program, ED, or critical care leadership experience preferred
