JOB TYPE: Part-Time Permanent

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide on-call hospice support during evenings and weekends. This role is ideal for an RN who wants to make a meaningful impact while maintaining flexibility. As an On-Call Hospice Nurse, you’ll provide timely clinical support and reassurance to patients and families, working alongside an interdisciplinary team committed to comfort-focused, holistic care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to after-hours calls, assess patient needs, and provide guidance or in-person support when necessary
• Communicate updates and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Provide calm, compassionate support to patients and families during urgent or emotional situations
• Ensure continuity of care through timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Ability to remain calm and responsive in urgent situations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
