We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who thrives on making a difference in patients’ lives. This is a full-time, weekday opportunity providing essential care in post-acute and skilled nursing settings within a physician-owned organization.
You will enjoy unparalleled flexibility with the option to start your 8-hour shift anytime between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM. After completing your patient rounds, you will have the autonomy to finish documentation remotely from home, promoting the work-life balance you deserve. This role is perfect for an NP seeking a consistent schedule, meaningful work, and a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, assess, and deliver high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff, physicians, and facility leadership.
- Conduct daily patient rounds and contribute to care decisions.
- Write orders, manage documentation, and coordinate diagnostics.
- Maintain accurate EMR notes and billing documentation.
- Provide education and communication to patients, families, and teams.
Schedule & Perks
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shift.
- Flexible Start: Choose a start time between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM.

Education & Experience
- Active Nurse Practitioner License (Required)
- Current DEA Certification (Required)
- 1+ year of NP experience preferred.
- Prior nursing background in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, ICU, Emergency, Hospitalist, or General Practice preferred.
